at Portsmouth City Council Civic Office
Our vibrant café located within the Portsmouth City Council Civic Offices. Operated by Lily & Lime in partnership with Portsmouth City Council, The View offers a delightful selection of barista-made coffees, homemade cakes, light lunches, and healthy salads. Our café is open exclusively to council staff from:
Monday to Thursday, 8.20am to 2.30pm
Friday 8am to 1.30pm.
