Lily & Lime is open 9.30am-3pm Monday-Friday.

We are based in The Portsmouth Central Library:

Lily & Lime, 3rd Floor Portsmouth Central Library, Guildhall Walk, Portsmouth PO1 2DX

The View Café is open 8.30am-2.30pm on Monday-Thursday, 8am-1.30pm on Friday.

We are solely available to employees of Portsmouth City Council or visitors to the Civic Offices. Find us on the 5th floor.
